We talk through the role — the vision, the long-term goals, what the job actually requires — then refine the listing together before it goes live.

We find your candidates
Applications come in, and we also search our own network for people who fit. Every candidate is checked against what you told us on the call.
- 4th
We run the interviews
We walk you through the candidates first. Once you're aligned, we run interviews built around what we learned about the role, so every conversation is relevant.
- 5th
We sign, and we stay involved
Once you've found the right person, we handle the paperwork and sign the contract. If anything comes up with that hire down the line, we're still here.
