How reviewing works

Who reviews your applications, in what order, and what you get at the end.

Who reviews it

AI ranks every application against the role first, so nothing gets lost in volume. Then a real person on our team reviews everyone it surfaces — not a recruiter skimming keywords, someone who actually understands the work. You talk to us directly; there’s no black box.

What gets reviewed

Every application AI surfaces, in full. Nothing ships to you on AI’s judgement alone — a person on our team reviews everyone before your shortlist goes out.

What you get

A ranked shortlist, each name with a paragraph on why they’re on it and a line on where they’re thin. You interview from that — not a pipeline of résumés, a set of written opinions from people who’ve done this work themselves.

Our listing standards

The person who wrote the post is on the post, and so is the team you’d sit in. If a company won’t put a name to a role, it doesn’t go up. That rule has cost us listings. It’s the point — a name attached to a post is the smallest possible commitment a company can make, and the ones who won’t make it are telling you something.
